We are looking for a Sales Lead with high energy level and pragmatism to drive our growth by leading the sales strategy for training programs and competency evaluation + development. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing the sales funnel for B2B channels in Mexico and LATAM. This includes initiating conversations with decision-makers, discussing opportunities, driving the sales process, and meeting revenue and profitability targets. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for digital assessment services and training programs, focusing on expansion into new B2B channels.
  2. Identify, lead, and acquire potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
  3. Build and maintain a network of decision-makers (such as Human Resources, Purchasing, etc.).
  4. Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product leader, and administration) to plan and execute service delivery.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
  6. Provide regular reports on the status of the sales funnel.
  7. Represent SCI at industry conferences and networking events.
Preferred Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in B2B service sales, and initiating relationships with target companies.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong oral and written communication skills across all roles.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Excel Specialist with data analysis experience to join our engineering division. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in Excel, with skills to analyze large volumes of data, automate processes, and support the team in data-driven decision-making. This role is essential for improving operational efficiency and ensuring the quality of information in our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel tools, including pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, and basic macros.
  • Automate data management processes using macros and VBA scripts.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources within Excel to generate reports and dashboards.
